Who you will work with
Andre Ransom, founder of Kestrel, is a master builder and highly experienced carpenter with a comprehensive background in the construction industry. Starting as an apprentice and growing to a project manager, Andre possesses a deep, hands-on building knowledge and an intuitive instinct for timing. His expertise in accurately estimating timelines, problem-solving and coordinating sequential site activities has been honed over 17 years in a vast spectrum of unique architectural home construction projects throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, and Inner West.
As a person, he’s a devoted family man and a straight-talker. Still, he delivers with genuine respect for others—traits that cultivate trust and cooperation from the wide range of individuals we encounter in the construction process.

We run two construction projects simultaneously, but always at different stages. For example, one might be in the excavation stage, while the other is in the fit-out stage.

Yes, you most definitely do. We only work on projects if the architect is involved in the construction, which means they are available for on-site meetings and construction collaboration.
